Complete Overhaul

Is your Rolex watch running slow, fast, or not at all?
Our Complete Overhaul will remedy the problem.

For Only $300 Our Rolex Overhaul service includes:

  • Complete disassembly of case and movement.


  • Ultrasonic cleaning of case and movement.


  • Complete lubrication of movement to ensure the critical parts of the movement will last to their full expected life.


  • The watch movement is then regulated in 5 positions to ensure proper time keeping capability.


  • A complete refinishing of the case & band is done to make your watch look brand new.
    • (Only metal bands are refinished. Leather or plastic bands cannot be refinished)

  • All gaskets are replaced, and a waterproof test is done to ensure the water tightness of the case meets or exceeds factory specs.


  • Reassembly of case and movement and one final inspection to be sure your watch looks and runs like the first day you put it on your wrist.


  • Our complete overhaul comes with a two year warranty, so all you have to worry about is your schedule.

  • Manufacturers recommend that you have a complete overhaul on a mechanical (non-battery driven) watch every 3-5 years.

    Does your watch look like the dog played with it?(Don't laugh. That happens, but not here.)

    Our Professional External Clean & Polish will make it look new again.

    Over time your watch will collect dirt and dead skin within the links and in the crevices. YUCK! Watches also gets scratched with normal everyday use. Sometimes dirt can work its way inside your watch's movement and decrease its accuracy, just imagine pouring a cup of dirt into the engine of your car. Dirt will also work into watch gears and can cause permanent damage. Plus, it is just gross.

    Send us your watch and we will make sure that it looks and runs as good as the first time you put it on. Proper cleaning and oiling of your watch will make it run accurately and last longer. Your watch is an investment, let us help you maintain the value.

    Our Basic Cleaning service includes an ultrasonic cleaning of external parts only and the same full polish as our Complete Overhaul. For $75 we will restore that "showroom" shine that caught your eye in the first place. Please keep in mind that some watches are plated and are not solid steel or gold. These watches we will polish the best we can, however most scratches will remain. If we polish out the deeper scratches the plating will be removed. If you're not sure if your watch is plated look for stamps or engravings on the band and case indicating metal composition.     Our Complete Overhaul service starts at $300. The Complete Overhaul includes that lustrous full polish that will knock your socks off like our Basic Cleaning, but it also includes restoring the movement to factory specs.

    Is your watch Crystal scratched, cracked or broken?

    Replace it with a genuine Rolex crystal. Watch crystals are the most vulnerable part of your timepiece. Crystals get banged and scratched up easily just from everyday wear. Usually older watches use acrylic mineral crystals while newer watches use sapphire crystals (roughly 15 years or newer). Sapphire crystals are much harder to scratch and break. Sapphire crystals are also resistant to color change where most mineral crystals will become discolored, usually a yellow tone, over time.

    Your mineral crystal can be replaced for $75.00. Your Sapphire crystal can be replaced for $150.00.

    Does your watch just need a new crystal? Ship us your watch and we will have it back on your wrist in 10 business days. While you're at it replace the battery too.

    Did your Battery die?

    There are 2 options when replacing your battery:
    1)You can get a standard battery for $10.00 that is expected to last 1 1/2 - 4 years.
    or
    2) You can get a lifetime battery for $25.00. A lifetime battery does not last forever, it just means that you will never again have to pay for a new battery. We will replace it at no charge for as long as you own the watch. The only charge you will have is shipping.

    Has your Watch Band seen better days?

    Your watch band gets almost as much of a workout as your watch crystal. Every time you put it on you put stress on the links or the stitches. We can replace most types of watch bands with an aftermarket replacment. Prices are available by quote only due the the vast assortment of options. E-mail us with the details about your watch and we will assist you in finding the perfect band for your style.

    In most cases we can even find multiple bands for your current watch. Why buy a new watch when you can just change the band? We will polish the case of your watch before we put the new band on.
