Do not use the words Rolex, Watch, or anything indicating value on the outside of the package. Including such words will increase the chances for "loss" of your package during shipment.

When packing your watch for shipment keep these recommendations in mind:

1) Use a sturdy BOX, not an envelope or bubble mailer.
2) DO NOT include your original box. If you send your original box it will not be returned.
3 ) Secure your watch inside the box so it can not bounce or move around during shipment.
4 ) Securely tape the outside of the box so any tampering will be obvious.
5 ) We suggest using UPS or USPS. FedEx will not insure any jewelry item for more than $500. Be sure to get adequate insurance and "signature required" on delivery.

When you ship us your timepiece please include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your complete shipping address

  • Your Telephone Number(s)

  • A complete description of the work to be done
  • Your Email Address
  • How you shipped your watch, i.e. UPS or USPS.


    • Download and print this form to send with your watch.

    We offer Free estimates on all watch repairs. If you choose not to have the work done we will return the watch in the same fashion it was sent to us, and only charge for return postage.

    When you ship your timepiece to us please notify us by e-mail so that we can be on the lookout for your shipment. We will contact you as soon as we receive your watch.
